How much do you charge for shipping?

Shipping charges are a flat rate based upon the total of your order. For more information about the variety of shipping options we offer, please go to our shipping page.

Do you ship overseas or to Canada?

Unfortunately we're unable to offer shipping to Canada or additional international shipping at this time. We will be offering expanding shipping in the near future.  We do however ship to APO boxes.

Can I cancel or modify my order after I submit it?

We can try to cancel or modify your order after you submit it if you contact us immediately. We usually process orders within 24 hours so please contact us immediately.

Can I return my order?

If you are not satisfied with your order please contact us immediately. We do not accept returns on personalized items.

How long does it take for me to receive my order?

Orders are received and processed within 24 business hours. Depending on what you have ordered, it could take up to 3 weeks for the item(s) to be shipped.

Do you charge sales tax on orders?

Not yet, but soon there will be a sales tax charge for TX and AL residents.

Do you offer monogramming?
